Consultation
Our team will review with you preliminary drawings, and gather your input in order to present final drawings to sign-off on. This is a collaborative process in order to ensure you're satisfied with the plan.
Concept Review
We will make your experience 100% stress-free. We will complete all permit submissions, manage all construction activities, and scheduling, such as tradesmen, city officials inspections, and engineers.
Construction
Interior Design
We will review with you architectural drawings, including layout, plan view, elevations, cross-sections, and site plan. We will then review the interior finishes and fixtures. Our designers will guide you through all options for a seamless experience.
It's the day you've been waiting for; after we've handled city-inspector sign-off, we will do a walk-through to ensure you're delighted with your new home, and then hand over the keys. Enjoy your custom home, alongside a 7-year warranty.
